Heather Myers Ph.D. is an experimental psychologist and statistician with more than two decades of focus on personality psychology and psychometrics, Dr. Myers leads a cross-disciplinary team that creates validated assessments and a diverse slate of content to enhance employee engagement. Additionally, she consults with other professionals to develop assessment tools and analyze data. Dr. Myers received a bachelor of science degree in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University, and a master of science in statistics and a doctorate in Psychology from Stanford University.
